Cancellation Policy
TTG Peer Group – Policy Details Through The Grey (TTG) peer groups provide non-clinical, peer-based support and education. TTG does not provide therapy, counselling, diagnosis, or crisis intervention. Confidentiality & Privacy: Information shared in group is treated as confidential. Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others. Confidentiality may be limited where there is risk of harm, abuse, or where disclosure is required by law. Minimal records are kept and stored securely in accordance with Ontario privacy standards. Duty to Report: As a Registered Social Service Worker (Ontario), the facilitator has a legal duty to report concerns involving child abuse, imminent risk of harm to self or others, or other legally mandated situations. Participation & Responsibility: Group participation is voluntary. Participants are responsible for their own wellbeing and are encouraged to seek professional or crisis support when needed. Refunds & Cancellations: Due to the nature of group programming, refunds are not available once a session or series has begun, except in exceptional circumstances at TTG’s discretion. Consent: By booking or selecting “Yes,” participants confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
